NOTE: Only self-care routines can be set to occur Anytime.  Support routines are not eligible for the Anytime setting because they require a location and scheduled time.  


Anytime routines are tasks that don't occur at a specific time and can be completed any time during the day.  Examples of things that might be scheduled as Anytime routines include reading or meditating.  


To set a self-care routine as an Anytime routine, simply tap the switch next to the 'All day / anytime' option when creating or editing the routine.
