Suggested Routines:


When you create your account, you will notice two suggested routines listed on the My Day tab of the app. 
 

If you would like to use these routines, simply tap 'Accept' to add them to your schedule.  If you are not interested in the activities, tap 'Decline' to dismiss them from your My Day screen.


Creating Routines:


To create your own routines:

  1. Click the + sign at the bottom right of the 'My Day' screen. 

  2. Select the type of routine that you want to create by tapping the support or self-care routine button.  
    Note:  For more information on the types of routines, click here.

  3. Select the category for the routine from the list provided. If you can not find an exact match for the support routine you are creating, choose the closest category available.  Self-care routines have a 'Create your own' option if you can't find a match in the pre-created categories

  4. Enter a name for the routine and set the date/time.  Remember that support routines require a location or URL link. Location/URL is option for self-care routines.
    Note:  If the routine repeats on a regular schedule, select the 'Repeats never' option to set the routine as recurring.  More information on reoccurring routines can be found

  5. Tap save on the upper right corner of the screen to save the routine.
