In order to match you with a peer that best meets your needs, you will be asked to complete a Peer Survey. Below are some of the things that you will be asked in order to make a successful peer match:
- Where would you like some additional support?
- How is your current support network?
- Have you utilized support services in the past?
- What are your pronouns?
- Add any other information that you think might be helpful for us to know when selecting a peer for you, and then tap the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
