Scheduling a Peer Call

In addition to chatting with your Peer in the app, you also have the option of scheduling a phone or video call.  


When you tap on the Message tab, you will see your peer's name, whether or not they are currently online, and their hours of availability.  


To schedule a call with them:

  1. Tap the three dots to the right of their name, and then tap 'Schedule a call'.
  2. A scheduling window will open, allowing you to select:
    1. The type of call you wish to schedule (phone or video)
    2. The requested length of the call (30 or 60 minutes)
    3. The date and time for the call (based on the peer's availability)


  3. Tap the options that you would like to select, then tap the 'Save' button in the upper right corner to save the scheduled meeting time. A confirmation message will briefly appear at the top of the screen, and the meeting will be automatically added as a Support routine on the date and time you selected.


If you need to cancel a call, simply delete the routine from the Home tab.  If you need to reschedule, you will need to delete the current routine and repeat these steps to select a new date and time based on your peer's availability.
