Some plans include a Peer Support option, allowing you to connect with an certified peer specialist that can provide one on one support for your wellness journey. If your plan includes this feature, you will notice a Message tab in the app.
When you first begin with Peer Support plan, you will receive a message on the Message tab in the app within the first few days of your membership to set up a communication plan. Once you've established a plan, you can communicate with your peer thru the Message tab of the app. You also have the option to connect via phone or video chat if you prefer.
Some things that Peers can help with may include:
- Creating routines in the app to build healthy habits
- Defining goals and developing a plan to meet them
- Assisting with finding additional support resources
- Celebrating achievements
