The Goals feature allows you to set longer term accomplishments and track progress towards them through your daily routines.
For example, if you want to complete a 10k run, you would set that as your goal. Then create self care routines to support your training efforts to ensure that you are working towards meeting that goal. Maybe you have a routine for running three times a week, along with a routine to increase your distance every month. By staying on track with your routines, you make steady progress towards your goal!
