Creating a Goal

To create a new goal:


  1. On the Insights tab, tap the 'Create a goal' button under the 'My goals' section.

  2. Add a title for the goal, a brief description, and tap 'In Progress' to set the goal's status.


  3. Tap the 'Save' button in the upper right corner to save the goal.
  4. Next, you'll be asked to create supporting routines to help you reach your goal. In our example here, we want to read 12 books this year, so let's set up a daily reading self-care routine to help keep us on track.
    NOTE: More information on the types of routines and how to create them can be found here.

  5. Here we have created a supporting routine to read 15 pages every day.

  6. Once you save the routine, you will see the it listed under the goal it supports.


  7. Add additional supporting routines, or tap the back arrow in the upper left corner to exit.

  8. The goal will now show on the Insights tab of the app with it's current status.

  9. You'll see your supporting routines under the My day section of the Home screen based on when you scheduled them. They will also show the goal that they support. In our example here, the last day of each month will show the daily routine of reading 15 pages along with a monthly routine for completing one book to keep us on track to hit our goal of twelve in a year.
