Support Meeting Verifications

Modified on Thu, 2 Oct at 9:03 AM

There are two ways to obtain attendance verifications for our online support meetings.

In-App Verification

If you attend an online meeting using routines and/or links in the app, you can track your attendance on the insights tab.

  1. In the app, tap the 'Insights' tab and scroll to the 'Meeting attendance' section.

  2. Tap 'See all' to the right of 'Meeting attendance' to view all of the meetings that you've attended using the app.

  3. All meetings are selected by default. If you only need verifications for certain meetings, tap the green check mark next to the meetings where verifications are not required. You can also tap 'Unselect all' in the upper right corner to remove all of the green check marks, and then tap the circle next to the meetings that require verifications.

NOTE: You can also use the time frame buttons at the top of the screen to filter the view to your most recent meetings.
  4. Once you have the meetings selected, tap the 'Email attendance record' button to complete the verification by adding your name in the 'Name' field and the email address where you want the verification to be sent in the 'Email address' field and tapping 'Send email'.

Website Verification

If you attended a meeting via our website, you will need to complete and submit a Meeting Verification Request form here. A verification message will be sent to the email address that you provide on the form.

NOTE: Verifications requested by form are given on a per-meeting basis only. There is no option to request more than one verification per form.

Please check the spam/junk folder if the email is not received. Sometimes they are routed there in error.
