A routine is any activity that is done in support of your health and wellness. There are 2 types of routines in the app:
Support routines
Support routines are used for specific activities that are essential to your health and wellbeing. They can include activities like doctor's appointments, support meetings or attending school/work.
Support routines require location confirmation in the app (using GPS for physical locations or a URL for online/virtual appointments). They also require a check-in within 30 minutes before and after the scheduled time for the routine. A warning will be shown in the app if you attempt to check-in at the wrong time or location.
Self care routines
Self care routines are everyday activities that you do to benefit your health and wellness on your own. They can include activities like reading, exercise, meditation or making a gratitude list.
Self care routines do not require a set location, and include an 'Anytime' option for things that don't require a specific time to complete.
