To create a self-care routine:
Tap the 'Create routine +' button in the My day section of the Home screen.- Tap the 'Self-care routine' card.
- A scrollable list of pre-created categories is provided. There is also a 'Create your own' option if you don't find a category that fits your needs.
NOTE: More information on the 'Fast Create with AI' option can be found here. Tap the card that you want to use to create the routine. In this example, we will use the 'Read/Write' card, and select the 'Read' self-care activity.
Provide a name for the routine and set the schedule for when it should occur.
NOTE: Self-care routines do not require a location setting like Support routines. They also offer an 'Anytime' option if the routine does not have to occur at a specific time. By tapping the 'Anytime' toggle switch, the routine will be available for check-in during the entire day.If you want the routine to occur more than once, set the frequency using the scrollable 'Repeat routine' drop down.
Add any additional details about the routine to the optional Notes section, then tap the 'Save' button in the upper right corner to save the routine.
Your routine will show under the My day section of the Home screen based on the schedule that you set.
To check-in to your routine, tap the white circle on the routine card in the 'My day' section of the Home screen.
