Members that have received a rewards code from their treatment provider or WEc customer support, but have already created a basic account, can add their rewards code via the app and start receiving additional services and benefits. Just follow the below instructions:
1. Open the app and tap the gear icon in the upper right of the My Day screen as shown below:
2. Tap Add rewards code under the ACCOUNT section.
3. Enter your rewards code into the Rewards code field, collapse the keyboard, then tap Next.
4. Enter your first & last names and date of birth, then tap Submit.
And that's it!
