Redeeming Rewards for Gift Cards

When you are ready to redeem rewards:

1. Tap on the Wallet icon at the bottom of the screen to access your current rewards balance.
   
   
2. Tap the 'Withdraw' button to see the gift cards available with your membership.
   IMPORTANT: Gift card options vary across programs. These options are selected by the partnering employer/healthcare provider/insurance plan, and WEconnect is unable to make changes or exceptions to these options.
   
   
3. Tap the gift card that you would like to purchase with your rewards balance.
   NOTE: Some gift cards have a minimum amount required in order to redeem. Please be sure to review the gift card options to make sure that your rewards balance will meet the requirements.
   
   
4. Enter the amount that you want to redeem on the gift card and tap the 'Redeem' button. You can enter any amount from the required minimum to the total reward balance in your account.
   

   NOTE: If you enter an amount that is below the redemption minimum, an error will be shown and you will need to adjust the amount to meet the minimum amount required.
   
   
   

5. The gift card is now available for use in your wallet.
