Adding an Access Code to your Account

Current members using the free version of our app that receive an access code can add the code to their account to unlock additional benefits. 


Access codes may be provided by a participating healthcare provider, employer or insurance plan.


To add an Access Code to an existing account:


  1. Open the app and tap the gear icon in the upper right of the Home screen to access Settings.

  2. Scroll down the list and tap the 'Add access code' option.


  3. Enter the Access Code you were given, then tap the 'Next' button.
    NOTE: You may have to collapse the keyboard to see the buttons.


  4. Depending on the source of the access code and the information that you have already entered in the app, you may be presented with additional questions on the following screens.

  5. Once you have completed all of the questions, you'll see the Success confetti screen that lists the new benefits that your access code unlocked.
    NOTE: The benefits listed will vary based on the access code entered.
  6. Tap the 'Let's go' button to start accessing all your new features!
