To add a Peer Support subscription to your membership:


  1. Tap the settings gear in the upper right corner of the 'My Day' screen.
  2. Tap the 'Manage subscriptions' option.

  3.  Tap the subscription option that you wish to add.  If you have a promo code, you will enter that here as well and tap the 'Add' button to apply it.

    NOTE:  If you have not yet completed your profile setup, you will be asked to enter your name and date of birth.  If you have already completed your profile information in the app, you will not see these fields.

  4. Be sure to review the information about subscriptions at the bottom of the screen then tap the 'Get started!' button to be taken to the payment screen.


    NOTE:  Subscriptions auto-renew for the subscription period at the full price point unless cancelled 48 hours in advance.  More information on cancelling a subscription can be found here.

  5. Enter your payment information and tap the 'Set up' button.

  6. Once your payment is processed, you will see a screen letting you know your new Peer services are active.

  7. Congratulations!  You now have unlimited access to Peer Support!  Be sure to to tap the 'Ok, let's go' button to complete your Peer Preference Survey and get matched with your peer!
