We frequently release new versions of the WEconnect app as we work to improve its features and the user experience. Many mobile devices will automatically update their installed apps, but sometimes the auto-update feature is disabled and a manual update is needed.

To check for new updates directly in the WEconnect app:

  1. Log into your WEconnect app account. 
  2. Go to the 'My Day' page in the app
  3. Click on the settings wheel at the top right of the My Day screen
  4. Scroll all the way down and click the option: "Check for Updates"


You will then be able to view if you are on the most updated version - if not the app will prompt you to update to the newest version.




To check for new updates to the WEconnect app from your devices App store:


  1. From your phone, open your device's devices app store and search for the WEconnect Recovery app. If you are viewing this article from your phone, you can click the links below to access the app store for your device:
    Google Play Store
    Apple App Store

  2. If there is an update available for your software, you will see the Update button in your app store.

  3. Tap 'Update' to install the most recent version of the app.
     NOTE: If the app store only shows the options to Uninstall or Open, you have the most current app version.
