To cancel a subscription to Peer Support Services:


  1. Tap the settings gear in the upper right corner of the 'My Day' screen.

  2. Tap the 'Manage subscriptions' option.
  3. Current subscription plan information is shown.  Tap the 'Change subscription' button.

  4. Tap the 'Cancel subscription' option and then tap 'Update account'.

  5. Tap 'Yes, cancel now' to confirm your cancellation request.
    NOTE:  Your subscription will be cancelled at the start of the next billing period.  At that time, you will no longer be able to access Peer Support Services.
  6. A confirmation screen will be shown reflecting the end date of your subscription.
