To cancel a subscription to Peer Support Services:
- Tap the settings gear in the upper right corner of the 'My Day' screen.
- Tap the 'Manage subscriptions' option.
- Current subscription plan information is shown. Tap the 'Change subscription' button.
- Tap the 'Cancel subscription' option and then tap 'Update account'.
- Tap 'Yes, cancel now' to confirm your cancellation request.
NOTE: Your subscription will be cancelled at the start of the next billing period. At that time, you will no longer be able to access Peer Support Services. A confirmation screen will be shown reflecting the end date of your subscription.
