If you attended the meeting using the app, you can now view and email meeting verifications directly from the 'Insights' tab. Click here for more info.

If you attended a meeting via the website:

  1. Complete all of the fields on the form
  2. Click the Submit button 
NOTE:  Verifications for meetings attended via the website are done on a per meeting basis.  Verifications for multiple meetings in one request are not available using the website.

Both verification methods will send a verification email to the email address provided.  If you do not receive a response, please check your junk/spam folders as the emails are sometimes marked as spam in error.
