Many of our partner programs offer multiple gift card options for you to choose from when redeeming rewards. If your program offers such options, you will be presented with a list of gift card choices when you tap Withdraw in the wallet. It will look something like the below screenshot, with gift cards organized by required minimum redemption amounts:



NOTE: This is just an example. Gift card options vary by program and are not chosen by WEconnect.


To redeem a card:

  1. Go to your Wallet and tap the Withdraw button under Rewards Balance. 
  2. Scroll through the list of reward options and tap the card you wish to redeem.
    Note: If you wish to select an Amazon Product Voucher, please see this article for more information about how these vouchers are used: Amazon Product Vouchers
  3. The card will open so that you can specify the amount you wish to redeem.
    • Some cards allow you to enter a custom amount by typing it into the field marked Enter amount.
    • Some cards have predetermined redemption amounts that are selected by tapping a button with an amount shown. Only values within your current balance are available for selection.
    • In both cases, your current unused rewards balance will be shown for reference.
  4. In this example, we selected a card that allows us to enter an amount, but has a minimum requirement for redemption. If I choose an amount below the minimum, the app will alert me and remind me of the minimum:
  5. Enter an amount above the minimum and tap 'Redeem' to add the card to your wallet.
  6. You will now see the adjusted balance in your Reward Balance and the newly redeemed reward card in your wallet.
    NOTE: The Rewards Balance reflects the total amount of rewards you've earned that have not yet been redeemed. The app DOES NOT track the individual balances of your redeemed gift cards.
  7. Tap Use this card for instructions on how to redeem the gift card. NOTE: Each company has different instructions for redeeming their gift cards. It is VERY important that you review the instructions provided for the gift card that you have selected.

Note: Once a reward card has been chosen and the reward has been redeemed you will not be able to transfer or exchange that card
