If your reward is not showing in the Wallet, double check the following:

 

  • Is the challenge FULLY complete?   Make sure that all of the required tasks for the challenge have been completed.  As you work through each challenge, you can track your progress towards the goal on the Challenge card on the My Day screen.  Once the challenge is complete, you will be notified that a reward is on the way.  You should then see it in the wallet.

  • Do you have the most recent version of the app? Make sure you have the latest version of the app to ensure that your Wallet works properly. You can do this by searching for 'WEconnect Recovery' in your phone's app store and checking for updates. 

  • Have you tried restarting your phone? Sometimes restarting your phone will refresh and update your wallet.
