Challenges are the method of earning rewards within the app.  


Each challenge provides a target number of support and self care routines to create/check into during a specific time frame. In order to earn the full reward for a challenge, you must complete all of its requirements during the time provided.  


The Challenge card on the My Day tab of the app shows the requirements needed to fully complete the challenge and earn the full reward.  It also tracks progress towards that goal as the challenge progresses.

In this example, the challenge requires check-ins to two support and three self care routines within the next three days.


Remember, to receive the full reward you must complete all of the required tasks in the time allotted.  If the required tasks are not completed before a challenge ends, the challenge will reset and  your progress will be lost, but you will have another opportunity to earn the same reward.
