Adding an online meeting as a routine is quick and easy!  

  1. Click the 'Online' tab at the bottom of the screen 

  2. Choose the meeting you would like to add to your routines for the day and tap the 'Add' button.

  3. You'll see a notice about meeting capacity.  Tap to 'Ok, got it!' to acknowledge the message.

  4. The online meeting will now show in the 'My Day' tab in the app.
    Note:  Meetings are added as recurring routines by default so the meeting will show on the My Day screen whenever it is available.  

  5. Remember to tap the circle next to the routine on the 'My Day' screen to check in and launch the meeting at the appropriate time.
