Subscription Information

Currently, subscriptions to WEconnect Peer Services are offered through two subscriptions options:

• Monthly: $40 
• Annually: $350
  
  

Both plans auto-renew at the end of their billing cycle unless cancelled 48 hours prior to renewal. 

To add a WEconnect Peer Support subscription to your account:

1. Tap the settings gear in the upper right corner of the Home screen.
   
   
2. Scroll down the Settings menu and tap the 'Manage subscriptions' option.
   
   
3. Tap the subscription option that you wish to add (monthly or yearly) and enter your name and birthdate if prompted. If you have a promo code, enter that in the Promo Code field and tap 'Add' to save it.
   
   
4. Be sure to read the subscription auto-renewal information, and then tap the 'Get started!' button.
   IMPORTANT: Both subscriptions auto-renew for the subscription period at the full price point unless cancelled 48 hours in advance. 
5. Enter your payment information and tap the 'Set up' button to complete your subscription.
